All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays.

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SheeApparel® is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s service and policies. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
